🎯 Job Description

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting the Microfinance operations of Satin Creditcare. You will handle field visits, customer interaction, and loan recovery tasks to ensure smooth operations at the ground level.

• Collecting loan installments (EMIs) and outstanding dues from customers
• Timely follow-up with customers to ensure prompt repayments
• Identifying potential customers for new loans and completing documentation
• Building positive relationships with customers and resolving their queries
• Promoting financial awareness and microfinance products in rural & semi-urban areas
• Reporting daily collections and field activity to branch management
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Achieving monthly collection and loan disbursement targets

Note: This is a 100% field job. Candidates must be comfortable with traveling within the district and nearby areas.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ACSO: ₹17,000 per month
• T.CSO / CSO: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 CTC
