As a Field Officer / Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and managing microfinance loan products in rural areas. This role requires direct field visits, customer engagement, loan processing, and relationship management. Your efforts will play a crucial role in empowering rural communities through financial inclusion.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers in villages and towns
• Promote and explain microfinance loan products to customers
• Assist customers with loan application and documentation process
• Ensure proper loan disbursement and timely repayment collection
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries
• Prepare daily reports and update Branch Manager
