🎯 Job Description

1. Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and explain loan products
2. Identify potential customers and guide them through the loan process
3. Assist customers with application forms and required documentation
4. Responsible for timely loan collection and repayment follow-ups
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic grievance redressal
6. Maintain field reports, data, and customer records accurately
7. Achieve sales and collection targets assigned by the company

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Daily field visits to assigned areas for customer acquisition and loan recovery
• Promote various financial products like small business loans, income generation loans, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Ensure loan documentation and KYC formalities are completed accurately
• Timely collection of EMIs and maintaining portfolio quality
• Prepare daily reports of collections, disbursements, and customer interactions
