We are looking for motivated professionals to join Seeds Fincap Pvt. Ltd. as Regional HR (RHR). As a Regional HR, you will act as a bridge between the corporate HR team and regional branches, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes while supporting the organization’s growth in the NBFC sector.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and build regional hiring strategies.
- Prepare and share regional MIS reports as and when required.
- Plan and execute campus drives for bulk/fresher hiring.
- Follow up on absenteeism; track and report no-shows.
- Issue PIP letters to non-performers in coordination with line managers.
- Process field clearance for exited employees.
- Coordinate asset collection from absconding/left employees.
- Compile attendance corrections (post RSM/RCM approval) and submit to HO.
- Handle regional employee grievances (attendance, fuel, salary, assets, etc.) and ensure closure.
- Conduct branch visits to support HR operations and policy adherence.
