📝 Job Description
As a Field Officer / Senior Field Officer, you will play a vital role in providing financial services to underserved communities. Your responsibilities will include customer acquisition, loan disbursement, EMI collection, customer relationship building, and promoting Mitrata’s products. This role requires field visits and interaction with rural And semi-urban customers to support their financial needs and promote financial inclusion.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 10th pass & above
- Gender: Male & Female both can apply
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
- Note: This is a field job; placement possible 60km to 100km from home location
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition and loan disbursement
- Collection of EMI and dues from customers
- Maintaining proper documentation and records
- Building good relationships with customers
- Ensuring timely recovery of payments
- Promoting company’s financial products in assigned areas
