- Maintain employee HR databases and personal files.
- Handle grievances and process employee benefits.
- Visit branches to engage with employees and resolve issues.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance at regional level.
- Manage F&F formalities and ensure employee engagement.

- Post Graduate Degree in HR or MBA in HR
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR roles
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel within the region
